I appreciate the creative tension and discomfort of a challenge, and then moving towards the desired outcome. I draw on my experience of leading teams across EMEA at both Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, and as a leadership coach I’ve helped hundreds of organisations to flourish & thrive, from start-ups to some of the largest corporate brands in the world, as they navigate complicated journeys towards high performance. Be it leadership development or a coaching process, my work is described invariably as ‘demanding, inspiring, surprising, uncomfortable, and serious fun’. Away from work, I’m ‘Dad’ to two little people, and for more energy and inspiration, I spend time with footballs, tennis balls and skis.
